As a supervisor, I see my primary goal as to improve the quality of the work you’re doing with your clients. In order for this to happen, we will need to build a solid relationship where you feel supported and safe and where you can take risks and be open to challenge.
My job involves helping you explore how you’d like to your work with your clients and why, and to continue developing your own sense of ethical practice (backed up by your membership organisation’s ethical guidelines).
I offer supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists. I also work with other professionals who work with clients in order to improve their wellbeing, including coaches, alternative health practitioners and managers. I also offer group supervision.
I am able to work on Zoom as well as face to face in my practice room in Malvern. Sessions are fifty minutes and cost £55. They may take place weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on your client load.
I am happy to work with people from different theoretical orientations and will learn more about your philosophy and approach as we explore your client work together. I tend to use the window of Internal Family Systems when approaching all client work.
The best way to decide if we’d like to work together is to book a first exploratory session. Do get in touch if you’d like to talk more.
